El Cortijo de la Sierra is a residential development in Managua that partnered with us to enhance its digital presence. We redesigned their website using the AIDA model to showcase available house models and amenities. Additionally, we developed a comprehensive virtual tour of the entire condominium and launched a data-driven digital marketing strategy. This combination has helped El Cortijo consistently reach its sales target of 60+ homes per year.
