El Cortijo de la Sierra, one of Managua’s leading residential developments, launched new model homes and needed visual content that would help potential buyers explore them remotely. Our team produced a complete photo series highlighting architecture, finishes, and lifestyle details, alongside a 360° virtual tour allowing users to walk through each model from any device. The visuals were optimized for web, social media, and digital campaigns, helping position El Cortijo as a reference in modern housing experiences.

Architectural Photography
We executed a professional real-estate photoshoot that combined flash-painted lighting techniques and exposure blending to balance interiors and exterior views. Each shot was carefully composed to emphasize spaciousness, materials, and natural light, delivering clean, inviting images that reflect the development’s quality.
