Hotel La Perla, a boutique hotel in León, Nicaragua, needed a website that captured its timeless charm while driving guest engagement and bookings. We redesigned the site using the AIDA model—capturing Attention with immersive visuals, building Interest through engaging storytelling, creating Desire with clear value propositions, and prompting Action through strategic CTA placement. To maximize performance, we implemented advanced event tracking via Google Tag Manager on their third-party booking engine—capturing key interactions such as add/remove cart, date selections, promo code entries, guest counts, booking values, taxes, and special offers.
